High Voltage Online Wants Your Shit

Literally or figuratively?

Actually we’re not sure, would we really rather a bunch of reader-contributed reviews and articles, or a huge steaming mountain range of uniquely customised multicultural excrement scraped from all four corners of the globe? While we’re pondering the issue in our specially-constructed faecal debate chambers, we’d just like to put the call out for reader submissions of the electronical variety.

We say yes please to all reviews of fighting games, fighting game paraphenalia and fighter-related articles. If you have an alternate take on a reviewed release or have located a content hole that desperately needs filling, and can articulate it to at least year 8 junior school-level - let us know, by email or wildly aggressive message board post. You will be fully credited, praised by the hardest of hard-bitten cynics the net has to offer, and earn a Ready-Brek glow of pure anti-mainstream-corporate-site smugness.

We’re well aware that we’ve missed lots of gaming news in our downtime - the release of three - about to be four new games machines (the Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Sony PSP and PS3) and a surprising number of fighting games, games that really are our top priority content at the moment.

The list goes -

Who said fighters were dead? Apart from Capcom, that is. :(

If you can supply content for any of those, to supplement the inevitably slow staff efforts to do the same, we’ll love you.

How else can you help? You can keep the forums going, you can keep visiting the front page and you can send me pornography in crumpled brown paper envelopes. Most importantly you can play and love fighting games as if it was summer 1993 all over again. We certainly do. At least I do. :*
